• Simple Rental Process!
• No Smoking or underage drinking
• No Persons under the age of 25 allowed unless accompanied by a parent or legal guradian (i.e., no parties)
• Family groups only: no college, post-college "friends", high school, bachelor/ette, frat parties, "guys get-away weekends" are permitted.  We love children!
• All guests,visitors, and pets must be registered  
• Occupancy limit is 16, including children; 24 including Guest House (additional fees apply).  For larger groups, the Guest House and Main House must be rented together.  Add'l fees may apply if group size is larger than 24 persons
• Up to 3 adult house-trained dogs accepted for additional pest-control fees of $25/dog/night or $150/week/dog; minimum dog fee $70/dog.  Must be treated with Advantix or similar topical flea/tick repellent at least (7) seven days prior to arrival.  Sorry no cats.
• Confirm your reservations by mailing 50% of your period's gross rent plus $500 refundable security deposit and signed rental agreement
• Send balance thirty (30)days prior to arrival
• If less than 30 days, cash, money order, credit card (MC or Visa) or certified check is required
• For your convenience, we accept Mastercard, and Visa
• Check-in is after 4pm CST; check out is before 10am CST
• Early check-in and late check-out (1pm and subject to availability--$89 each)
• No fireworks, bonfires, or deep fryers allowed
• Two night minimum
